I love being on the water. I’ve been a flat water/ ocean paddling guide since 2016. I’m a wilderness first responder and have been living in Alaska for the last 4 years. I’m in school for a masters of social work and have a passion for bringing students into outdoor expeditions who don’t otherwise have easy access to wilderness environments and love to help students discover the beauty of the world around us! GIIF has reignited a love of learning about the science of Alaska’s fjords and I am consistently excited to learn more about them and share that knowledge with others!
