Pronouns: she/her/hers
Growing up in Switzerland, my parents introduced me to the mountains and hiking, climbing and mountaineering soon were regular weekend activities. I saw myself as a future professional alpinist, but my interest in human societies led me to study contemporary history and social anthropology at the Universities of Fribourg, Paris Sorbonne IV and Bern. During my studies, I went hiking in Switzerland, Indian Ladakh and different places in Latin America, but only recently decided to dedicate again more time to the amazing alpine environment.
I work as a scientific collaborator at a Consultancy Office, realizing mandates for public administration and NGOs in both Switzerland and the area of International Cooperation. Besides, I love to engage with people and share my interests and fascinations, which is why I have been doing guided tours for schools and the public through different exhibitions around global happiness and sustainable food production and on sustainable lifestyles as well as on women and gender history within the city of Zurich.
I am very happy to be part of this group of interested and inspiring women and support Girls on Ice Switzerland as communication and network coordinator and now instructor
