I am a master student in environmental science, with a focus on land surface processes in mountain environments. I am particularly interested in glacial dynamics, and the interactions between glaciers and the environment around them.

What I really like about my studies is that they allow me to combine my passion for the environment with studying. In addition to the field camps which allowed me to discover the mountain camaraderie, it also allowed me to see the landscape in a different way, asking myself questions about mountains formation and processes.

I am very happy to be part of the Inspiring Girls Expeditions team, as it gives me the opportunity to share my enthusiasm for nature and for the natural science in the mountains with young women. I love spending my free time outside, especially in the mountains, hiking, cycling, or cross-country skiing in winter.
