I am a climate scientist at the Antarctica Research Centre, Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington. My research investigates the how the climate and environment has changed over time using Antarctic ice cores. I completed my PhD in Australia and then worked at the British Antarctic Survey in Cambridge, UK before returning to New Zealand two years ago. I have begun a journey learning te reo Māori. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, yoga, cooking and travelling.
