Having experienced the beauty of empowerment in the outdoors myself, I am excited to be part of Inspiring Girls Expeditions to give this experience to the next generation of girls. The intersection of art, science and outdoor leadership is what makes IGE special to me. With my BA in Art Therapy and Art Education, I am especially excited about using artistic inquiry to observe the natural world, foster curiosity and empower young women in a supportive space.

In my free time I like to be outside in a lot of different ways: hiking, rock-climbing, skiing, mountain biking, throwing rocks into the river with my little son, or connecting with friends around a campfire.
